CANCELLATION POLICY
We appreciate all of our customers and strive to provide the most effective and efficient training experience for you and your dog. In an effort to assure we remain on-schedule during our busy training sessions we have implemented the following cancellation policy.
INITIAL ASSESSMENT:
When scheduling an initial assessment, credit/debit card will be put on file. If you are a no-show for the assessment or have not cancelled at least 5 days in advance of the scheduled date, the card will be charged the full price of the assessment ($100).
LESSON PACKAGES:
All lessons within a package must be completed within 1 year. If a client chooses to cancel a lesson package, no refund will be issued. At the trainer's discretion, some training packages may be extended beyond the one year completion date.
Once a lesson package has been purchased, the following guidelines apply:

A no-show or lesson cancelled less than 3 days from the scheduled date/time will not be rescheduled.

We WILL reschedule the following number of lessons, based on your training package, if given appropriate notice of cancellation:

7 Lesson - 2 rescheduled lessons

13 Lesson - 3 rescheduled lessons

DROP INS:
Drop-ins will not be rescheduled regardless of when they are cancelled.
