CANCELLATION POLICY

We appreciate all of our customers and strive to provide the most effective and efficient training experience for you and your dog. In an effort to assure we remain on-schedule during our busy training sessions we have implemented the following cancellation policy.

INITIAL ASSESSMENT:

If you are a no-show for the assessment will not be rescheduled. If you need to cancel your initial assessment, please let us know as soon as possible.

LESSON PACKAGES:

All lessons within a package must be completed within 1 year. If a client chooses to cancel a lesson package, no refund will be issued. At the trainer's discretion, some training packages may be extended beyond the one year completion date.

Once a lesson package has been purchased, the following guidelines apply:

A no-show lesson will not be rescheduled.
We WILL reschedule the following number of lessons, based on your training package, if given appropriate notice of cancellation:
- 7 Lesson - 2 rescheduled lessons
- 13 Lesson - 3 rescheduled lessons

DROP INS:

Drop-ins will not be rescheduled regardless of when they are cancelled.

CLIENT CONDUCT :

Rediscover Your Dog is a business providing dog training and dog daycare to Springfield, IL and surrounding areas. This page is to serve as the terms and conditions for Rediscover Your Dog’s services. By selecting “I agree to the cancellation policy” on the Rediscover Your Dog Training Application or the Rediscover Your Dog Daycare Assessment Application you acknowledge that Rediscover Your Dog reserves the right to terminate services for any of the following reasons :

(a) Dangerous or Unsafe dog or client behavior

(b) Failure of payment to Rediscover Your Dog for services provided

(d) Failure to disclose behavioral abnormalities or incidents prior to or at time of services
